Wells Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our location at 1100 Branch Street, Platte City, MO. This person will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This position includes 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday and Saturday rotation. 
  • Open new accounts (business and personal)
  • Sell and cross sale bank products and services
  • Assist customers with transactions at concierge desk
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Document and update customer records
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in customer service or other related fields
  • Computer skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Wells Bank is seeking a Full - time Teller to join our location at 1100 Branch St., Platte City, MO 64079. This person will be responsible for helping customers by processing transactions and assisting with customer service inquiries. This position includes 40 hours per week with a Saturday morning rotation. 
  • Accurately process transactions for customers (deposit, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
  • Daily balancing of cash drawer and vault
  • Document and update customer records based on compliance regulations
  • Respond to customer needs and inquiries in a polite and friendly manner
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Cross - sell brank products & services when a need is identified
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in banking industry or other related fields
  • Proficient in computer skills and keyboarding
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong math and cash handling skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
